How a Greenbridge relationship moves from introduction to execution.
Greenbridge does not publish listings or run an automated pipeline. Every relationship is qualified, introduced, and coordinated personally — through to a completed transaction and the business that follows it.
The introduction is only the beginning.
Most introductions fail not because the parties are wrong, but because nobody coordinates the work between interest and execution — documentation, qualification, specification, and commercial terms.
Greenbridge stays in the relationship through that work. The measure of success is not a meeting; it is a first order, then a second, and a partnership that holds across markets.
Eight stages, one continuous relationship.
The sequence below reflects how a Greenbridge relationship typically develops. Timelines and requirements differ by market, product, and counterparty.
- 01
Qualified Supplier
A cultivator, processor, or manufacturer approaches Greenbridge — or is identified through our network — with product, capacity, and licensing relevant to a regulated destination market.
- 02
Greenbridge Qualification
We review company structure, licensing, certifications, product specification, and commercial readiness before any counterparty is contacted. Nothing is broadcast.
Greenbridge's roleWe personally assess whether a company is credible, licensed for its claims, and commercially ready — and decline or defer when it is not.
- 03
Buyer Introduction
We introduce a specific counterparty selected on product requirement, regulatory capability, geography, volume, and long-term potential — one relationship at a time.
- 04
Due Diligence
Both sides exchange corporate, licensing, quality, and product documentation through a structured checklist, coordinated and reviewed by Greenbridge.
Greenbridge's roleWe coordinate the checklist, chase outstanding items, review what is submitted, and keep both parties aligned on what is still required.
- 05
Commercial Alignment
Pricing structure, volumes, specification tolerances, packaging, incoterms, payment terms, and timelines are worked through until both sides are genuinely aligned.
- 06
Documents & Samples
Specifications, certificates of analysis, quality agreements, and sample shipments move in a controlled sequence, with import and export requirements confirmed in advance.
Greenbridge's roleWe sequence documentation and samples, translate requirements between jurisdictions, and resolve friction before it becomes a delay.
- 07
Purchase Order & Transaction
A first commercial order is issued, tracked, and supported through shipment, release testing where applicable, and receipt in the destination market.
- 08
Ongoing Relationship
The relationship continues beyond the first order — repeat volumes, additional product lines, adjacent markets, and further introductions where they make commercial sense.

The following is a generic illustration of how the pathway applies in practice. It does not describe a specific transaction, counterparty, or agreement.
- Supplier
- A licensed Canadian producer of dried medical cannabis flower
- Buyer
- A German pharmaceutical importer and distributor
- Coordination points
- Licence and certification review, product specification alignment, quality agreement, import documentation, release testing sequencing, incoterms and payment terms
- Outcome
- A completed first order, followed by scheduled repeat volumes and a second product format under discussion
Illustrative only. Regulatory requirements, licensing, and documentation are confirmed per partner and per transaction. Greenbridge does not hold national licences or certifications.
The Partner Portal holds the record, not the relationship.
Approved partners use the Greenbridge Partner Portal to keep the coordination work organised. The advisory and brokerage work still happens between people.
