Project Engagement
A defined commercial outcome with a defined timeline. Most common for buyer-supplier match, market entry, or single-pipeline programs.
Greenbridge does not broker on volume. We work with qualified operators through a structured process designed to protect time, capital, and reputation on every side of the table.
We start by understanding who you are and what you actually need. Buyers, suppliers, processors, and partners all go through the same qualification process: company structure, license status, documentation readiness, capacity, and commercial intent.
We do this before any introduction is made. It protects everyone in our network and reflects the seriousness of the partners we work with.
Once fit is confirmed, we define the commercial pathway. This includes target outcome, documentation gaps to close, timeline expectations, and the operational structure needed to execute.
This step exists because the deals that fail almost always fail on structure, not on intent.
This is where Greenbridge does most of the work. We align suppliers, processors, buyers, and supporting partners. We manage documentation flow, version control, and the small operational details that quietly determine whether a deal closes.
We are deliberately hands-on in this phase. It is the difference between an introduction and an execution.
We support the transaction itself and the operational handoff that follows. This includes term support, final documentation, and the post-transaction operational alignment that protects the relationship into the next batch, the next shipment, or the next program.
We are not transactional. The deals we work on are designed to compound.

Ongoing strategic and operational support across a multi-quarter or multi-year program. Used by operators building durable market presence.
Targeted support on a specific deal already in motion. Used when execution risk is high and time is short.
