About Greenbridge

Built by operators. For operators.

Greenbridge is led by partners with experience across international brokerage, regulated markets, real estate and project development, technology, payments, and commercial strategy.

Positioning

What we are.

Greenbridge is the commercial and operational layer between qualified buyers, suppliers, processors, and strategic partners in regulated markets. We are not a public marketplace. We do not own product. We do not broadcast deals.

Our value sits in qualification, structure, documentation, and coordination. The work that turns interest into execution. The work that protects all sides of a regulated transaction.

We work with a relatively small number of partners at any given time. The model is deliberate. Greenbridge engagements are designed to compound across transactions, across markets, and across years.

Standards

Quality, Regulatory & Supply Chain Standards

Greenbridge is the advisory, brokerage, and supply-chain coordination layer connecting qualified partners. We do not hold every certification ourselves. We qualify, verify, and coordinate licensed cultivation, processing, distribution, and laboratory partners so that each transaction moves against the right standards, with the right documentation, at every step.

Operating Principles

How we make decisions.

Discretion

We protect the confidentiality of every partner in our network. We do not announce, we do not publicize, we do not broker by broadcast.

Qualification

We qualify every party before any introduction. We surface gaps before they become deal breakers.

Coordination

We do the operational work that sits between term sheet and delivery. It is rarely glamorous. It is always necessary.

Continuity

We design for the next transaction, not the current one. Long-term partner alignment is a feature, not an aspiration.

Work with a firm built for regulated commerce.
